What is conscious creation?

In living your life the best, you can adopt one of the following two views. The first view is passive: "Life happens to me; I make the best of it." Happily, there is a secondary, transformative option: “I can create my own reality”. The latter is also called conscious creation. Conscious creation is a dynamic process that acknowledges your authentic self as a formidable source of consciousness.

Conscious creation is the process of shaping your life very consciously. If you know who you want to be, you can create it quite easily with the techniques of conscious creation.

Easily does not mean without effort

When I say easily, I don’t mean it’s just a push of a button, as many manifestor gurus make you mistakenly believe. It demands a dramatic transformation of your entire belief system about creating reality.

You can compare it to when people thought the earth was flat. We know now it is not true, but at that time, there were a lot of people who really thought that.

You must truly believe that you create your own reality. This belief is where many people falter. They only embrace it partially. When they take varied actions and nothing immediately changes, they use that as proof that it's not true.

Seeing is believing

Conscious creation is not hocus pocus. Scientifically, there is plenty of theoretical evidence. And seeing is believing. Initially, I struggled to fully embrace this belief, so I dedicated significant time to studying it while living by its principles. I needed to understand and experience it. Now, I can't imagine living any other way. It has transformed my life in countless ways.

When you have difficulty believing, commit to this belief for a month. You’ll witness powerful changes in your life and do not want to stop anymore. I repeat: seeing is believing.

Habits that counteract conscious creation

I'm excited to share why people are not doing enough conscious creation. People have acquired some pretty amazing habits over the years, and while they might be preventing us from conscious creation, they're also making our lives more complicated in many ways.
Some of the most common reasons are:

1. Using the left brain too much

2. Rationalizing too much

3. Turning off feelings

4. Focusing too much on making money

5. Not developing personal growth

6. Having ingrained patterns

7. Not being concerned with a healthy body

8. Focusing too much on consuming

9. Not properly interpreting negative circumstances

10. Not enjoying life

11. Feeling guilty easily

12. Having little self-esteem

13. Feeling a lot of shame.

You can see the common thread in this summary: habits and emotions have taken control. As a conscious creator, you have the power to use every moment to choose from who you are. You can choose not to let that emotion guide you, nor that habit. Not! You are very consciously creating. Your consciousness is crucial.

Start with conscious creation

When you embark on the journey of conscious creation, you begin to act with an intention that clearly defines who you choose to be. No longer will you react mindlessly to circumstances. Every action you take becomes a deliberate expression of how the best version of you would respond.

This represents a significant shift for many, as most are accustomed to reacting without thought. They overlook the crucial realization: "I created this situation," or "What beliefs about myself led to this outcome?" Please embrace the knowledge that you hold the reins to your life and the ability to shape your reality.

Examples of techniques

Here are a few techniques we use a lot in conscious creation.

  • Replace ‘process’ with ‘decision.’ Traditional thinking assumes that a process is necessary to achieve results. In conscious creation, that is not the case. Simply decide, trust that decision, and act upon it.
  • Aligning your frequency. Your physical body is energy formed by your consciousness to experience the physical world. By aligning your energy frequency with your authentic self, you can attract opportunities and experiences that genuinely resonate with you.
  • Make conscious decisions. We shape our lives through our beliefs, which generate emotions, thoughts, and actions. Consider the concept of a self-fulfilling prophecy: an expectation or belief that can influence behavior, ultimately bringing the belief to fruition.
  • Remove fear-based beliefs. Many of our beliefs are incorrect or not appropriate to who we are. You can also reshape your beliefs to attain the life you deserve. I had to overcome the belief that I wasn’t creating my own reality, yet I persisted, and now I live a dream life.
  • Use your reality as a mirror instead of engaging in self-flagellation. Although you may be unhappy with your circumstances, consider viewing them as a reflection of your actions. Instead of feeling guilt or anxiety, ask yourself: What choices have led me to this reality? This shift in perspective allows you to take responsibility and learn from your experiences, rather than resorting to self-criticism.

I have outlined just a few of the countless techniques available to you. By following the program “Become a Conscious Creator,” you will master these and many more powerful methods, transforming your reality profoundly.

In conclusion

Conscious creation is a method to ensure that you have a life that fits who you want to be. You create your own reality. This method uses the creation possibilities that consciousness possesses.
